to you for our initial public offering on the ASX.
The Company is the next generation solution to address the anti-counterfeit, brand protection,
client liability and track and trace markets. The Company has developed a suite of integrated
solutions to solve both authentication and track and trace challenges in order to uphold supply
chain integrity, and provide quality assurance and brand accountability to producers of goods.
The Company’s vision is to build trust and confidence in the era of the digital economy to
enable parties to maintain trust in physical assets and processes. We intend to be the global
record of authenticity and quality for physical goods. We aim to bridge the physical and digital
world via a common trusted verification technology.
We believe that the Australian economy is the suitable place to develop this technology
and by being an Australian public company we aim to scale the Company up to become
a global leader.
The funds raised will be used for business development and sales in order to drive revenue
growth for the existing solutions provided by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary,
Security Matters Israel. Funds raised will also be used to continue the commercialisation of
the Company’s technology through developing a new proprietary Reader, bank of Markers
and a blockchain platform.
The purpose of the Offer is to raise $5 million with the capacity to go up to $6.5 million under
the Offer via the issue of at least 25,000,000 Shares at $0.20 per Share.
