Discover, Research and Apply Online with Upcoming Floats

Upcoming Floats makes it easier to discover, research and apply for share offers made by companies that are listing, or are already listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) or National Stock Exchange (NSX).

Only at Upcoming Floats can you find a complete list of offers accessible to the public.  We go beyond just a list of new Floats / IPOs and include Reverse Takeover Offers (RTOs) and other public offers made by listed companies through a prospectus.

What Makes an Offer Eligible for the Upcoming Floats Marketplace?

  • The offer must be targeting an amount over $1million.
  • The company making the offer must be ASX / NSX listed, or intending to list on the ASX / NSX immediately following completion of the offer.
  • The offer must be not have an ‘entitlement’ requirement.  This excludes rights issues, SPPs and other offers made to select groups of people.

We try hard to ensure the information we publish is accurate and current.  If you spot an error, or can see that we have missed something, please email changes@upcomingfloats.com.au and we will look into it.
